With everything happening globally at the moment, many people are experiencing higher levels of stress and uncertainty.

This short community session explores how uncertainty affects human behaviour and decision-making. Drawing on insights from organisational behaviour and behavioural science, we will look at practical techniques people can use to regulate stress responses and remain clear-headed during uncertain situations.

We will cover simple techniques that can be used immediately, including grounding exercises, ways to regulate stress responses, and how to support family members or friends who may also be feeling overwhelmed.

The session is open to anyone who would find it helpful.
